You must be playing max bet, and the 10,000 points are only acquired when the triple 7's are on the bottom line.

What does push mean?
Push means that you and the dealer have tied, and that both of you get points for the hand.
How do I double down?
You can only double down when the first two cards dealt add up to 10 or 11.

Press the top portion of the directional pad and the next shape will appear in the top left hand corner.

Why can the computer jump and I can't?
Switch to "game 2" and both you and the computer can jump.
