Can YOU turn an EEL into a PIE?

You are given two words of the same length. Can you change the first word into the second word?

You can change only one letter on each turn.
You should form a new word at each step.

Here is an example:

HEAD
heal
teal
tell
tall>
TAIL

Each word formed in the middle is called a "link." The above doublet has 4 links between the first and last word. If you're not sure if your link is a real word, try looking it up in the dictionary!

Try one of the following:

1. EEL into PIE (3 links)
2. POOR into RICH (5 links)
3. RAVEN into MISER (3 links)
4. HOOK into FISH (4 links)
5. FISH into BIRD (4 links)
