All manuals are available to print and/or download from the Girl Tech site. Just click on User Manuals at the top of any page.

I've lost my key/remote, can I get a replacement?

Email customer service (custservice@radicausa.com) the product number found on the white sticker inside the battery compartment, along with your name and address. You will be sent a replacement. You can also call customer service at 1800-803-9611

My product is not working correctly, what should I do?

Anyone can join Club Girl Tech, all you have to do is have fun with the activities. If you're new to the club and want to know what Club Girl Tech has to offer, just click around and explore!

Are there any chat rooms on Club Girl Tech?

We don't have instant messaging or live chat on Club Girl Tech for safety reasons -- we aren't set up to monitor them as we would need to to make sure that everyone remained safe. If you want to join in the conversations in Chick Chat or elsewhere on the site, just submit your thoughts and ideas where indicated. The response pages are updated every Friday.

Who founded Girl Tech and why?

Girl Tech was started in 1995 by Janese Swanson, Ed.D, with the specific goal of encouraging girls to use and enjoy technology and to explore non-traditional avenues of life. We are accomplishing our goal by providing girls with the Club Girl Tech website and a line of electronic products designed specifically for girls.
